1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our showroom, browsing this website, or purchasing any product or service from VNR Gold (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All jewellery sold by VNR Gold is priced based on prevailing gold, silver, and diamond rates at the time of billing, along with applicable making charges and taxes. Prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of purchase in-store.

3. Custom Orders

Custom-designed jewellery is manufactured based on approved sketches, wax models, or reference images. Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled. Minor variations in weight, stone placement, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of the craft.

4. Payment Terms

We accept cash, card, UPI, and bank transfer. Custom and bridal orders require an advance deposit, with the balance payable upon collection. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

5. Ownership & Delivery

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer only upon full payment. Showroom purchases are handed over immediately after billing; custom orders are delivered within the timeline communicated at the time of booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

VNR Gold is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to jewellery after it has left our premises. We recommend appropriate insurance for high-value pieces.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
