No. Prices shown on the website are indicative. Jewellery is priced on the prevailing gold, silver and diamond rates at the time of billing, plus making charges and applicable GST. The final price is confirmed at the time of purchase.

Yes. Our gold jewellery is sold in 22K or 18K purity, as specified on the product tag, and every gold piece is BIS hallmarked as required by Indian regulations. Diamond and gemstone jewellery comes with relevant certification where applicable.

We accept cash, card, UPI and bank transfer at our showroom. Custom and bridal orders need an advance deposit, with the balance payable when you collect your jewellery.

Yes. We can craft jewellery from your sketch, a reference image or a wax model. Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started it cannot be cancelled, and minor variations in weight, stone placement or finish may occur because each piece is handmade.

Ready-made jewellery can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase if it is unworn, undamaged and accompanied by the original invoice and hallmark certificate. The exchange value is based on the current gold rate and the making-charge terms explained at purchase. Custom and bridal pieces cannot be exchanged once crafting has begun. Please tell our showroom staff as soon as you notice it at collection. After inspection we will repair, replace or refund the piece at no extra cost. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
